⚙️ MPPT / PWM Controllers

Q: How do I switch battery types?
A: Press MODE until battery icon blinks. Cycle to select LiFePO4, GEL, or Lead-acid.

Q: Why is my controller not charging?
A: Check PV input voltage > battery voltage. Confirm polarity and wiring.

Q: What does “OVP” or “LVP” mean?
A: OVP = Over Voltage; LVP = Low Voltage. Battery protection activated.

📲 Bluetooth & App

Q: App can’t connect via Bluetooth?
A: Ensure controller is powered and only one device is paired. Restart the App and try again.

Q: How do I change voltage settings via App?
A: In the App, enable Expert Mode. Some models don’t support this feature.

🔋 Battery & Wiring

Q: Are your controllers compatible with lithium batteries?
A: Yes. All SunSwift models support LiFePO4 and NCM batteries with adjustable settings.

Q: Can I connect multiple batteries in parallel?
A: Yes, if same voltage/state-of-charge. Use BMS-protected packs only.

💡 Solar Lights

Q: Why won’t my light turn on at night?
A: Check charging status during the day and confirm it wasn’t turned off via remote.

Q: Why does my light only last 1 hour?
A: Likely low charge. Check battery health and sun exposure conditions.
